This is a brief overview of each campaign so please click on the campaighn type to find out more detailed information about it.
|Feed Card||This campaign is all about giving information about your product or event. The focus of this card is a feed card that is placed in the Pulsate Message Centre. This feed card can contain images, texts and customised buttons to direct users to another section of your app, a web URL or the back of card where you can add more information and images.|
You can choose whether the Feed Card gets placed in the users Message Centre so that they see it the next time they open the feed or whether they get notified about via a Push Notification or In App Notification.
Feed Cards are great for highlighting events and products as you can add images and text to give the user lots of information.
|Push Notification||A push notification is a message that pops up on a mobile device. Users do not have to be in the app or even logged into the app to receive them. Only app users who have accepted push notification permissions can receive a push notification.|
Push notification can bring the user to a specific location in your app via a deeplink, a specific web page or a card in your feed.
Push Notification campaigns are great for getting the message out when you need to quickly let your users about a service outage or hyper relevant offer.
|In App Notification||The difference between In App notification and a Push Notification Campaign is that In App Notifications are delivered to users when they are in your app. The In App Notification can be triggered either by the user opening the app or if they carry out a specific in app action.|
An In App Notification campaign can bring the user to a specific location in your app via a deeplink, a specific web page or a card in your feed. In App Notification campaigns can also be dismissed by the user when they have finished reading them.
In App Notification Campaigns are useful when you want to let users know about product or service updates that are important but not time sensitive.
|SMS Notification||SMS Notification campaigns allow you to notify users about something urgent and appears on users mobile phone as SMS.|
