The Reply option is meant for the Card campaigns. This feature is available in the Card(Front) and when checked would allow the users to respond to your campaign.
If the campaign is Card-Push then enabling the reply button in the Card (Front) would automatically add the reply option to the Push notification. Please click here for more information on the Reply feature.
