Overview of app and campaign statistics over the past 30 days
Our App usage dashboard will give you an overview numbers of daily, weekly and monthly active users of your app and how those numbers change over time. Please see below for full details on statistics available on this Dashboard.

| Total Users | Total users - Total of all registered users within the app since launch. % is the difference compared to X days ago selected in dropdown |
| Daily Active Users | Daily Active Users (or DAU) - Number of unique users that used your app at least once in a day. % is the difference compared to X days ago selected in dropdown |
| Monthly Active Users | Monthly Active Users (or MAU) - Number of users that have recorded at least one session in your app over the past 30 days up to and including yesterday. % is the difference compared to X days ago selected in dropdown |
| Total Campaign Sends | Total Campaign Sends - Total of all campaign sends within the app since launch. This will include, Push, InApp, Card, Card + Push and SMS campaigns to each user. % is the difference compared to X days ago selected in dropdown |

| Total Active Users | Total Active Users - Total of all current registered and active users, this is your total reachable audience. % is the difference compared to date selected in dropdown |
| Total In-Active Users | Total In-Active Users - Total of all users have not used the app in 6 months. % is the difference compared to date selected in dropdown |
| New Users | Total New users - Total of all users who previously never used the app, started to use the app yesterday. % is the difference compared to date selected in dropdown |
| Unreachable Users | Unreachable users are: 1. Uninstalled users (based on apple/google telling us) 2. Inactive (logged out) 3. Unsubscribed (users who do not want to be contacted and are manually unsubscribed in the portal) 4. Deleted users (GDPR request from a user or manually delete user from CMS user profile page) |
