Pulsate is a mobile engagement platform for personalized, contextual customer communication. Instead of generic broadcasts, Pulsate lets you reach the right customer, at the right time and place, through the channel they actually respond to.
How it works
Pulsate has two parts:
- The Pulsate CMS — a web app where your marketing team builds campaigns, segments customers, and manages conversations.
- The Pulsate SDK — this library, embedded in your Android app, which delivers those campaigns and reports engagement back.
Once the SDK is integrated, Pulsate can combine in-app behavior, location, and the CRM data you pass in to build rich customer profiles and precise segments (engaged/disengaged users, geofence visitors, purchase history, and any custom attributes you send).
Channels the SDK delivers
- Push notifications — via Firebase Cloud Messaging, with buttons, images, and deeplinks.
- In-app notifications — small banners or full-screen popups shown while the user is in your app.
- Feed — an in-app message center with rich HTML feed posts, campaigns.
Reporting
Pulsate tracks sends, opens, unique opens, and open rates for every campaign, plus the custom events your app reports.
